Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an order or guarantee availability. Custom orders are confirmed after the details, pricing, payment, and design requirements have been approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the approved design, email us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Please do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

Processing Reminder

Most Offbeat Custom Brand products are made to order. Our standard processing time is 7–10 business days after payment, required order information, usable artwork, and proof approval have been received.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
