Offbeat Custom Brand apparel is made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Weekends and holidays are not included. Shipping transit time begins after production is complete.

Tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Offbeat Custom Brand is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Custom-Order Returns
Because our products are customized or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for color selection, sizing, change of mind, or errors in information supplied by the customer.
Defects and Order Errors
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us at daoffbeat@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. Approved claims will be corrected or replaced at no additional charge.
Items submitted for a claim must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
