Place Your Order
Complete checkout using your order number for reference.
Send Your Design
Email your artwork, wording, colors, and special instructions to daoffbeat@gmail.com. Include your full name and order number.
Approve Your Proof
We will send you a digital proof for approval before production begins. Please check all spelling, colors, and placement carefully.
Production and Shipping
Custom orders are prepared after proof approval. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipping.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Production will not begin until the design proof is approved.
• Colors may appear slightly different on screens and printed garments.
• Customers are responsible for checking spelling and design details.
• Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or production error.
• Approved defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
